My journey began on Feb. 9, 1983. Although I had an interest in art in my early years, my true artistic journey did not begin until much later. After a period of self-discovery and exploring different paths, I finally found my artistic calling and decided to devote myself fully to my passion for people and art. This late start encouraged me even more to work with determination and drive to develop my skills. I mastered technical drawing skills and mastery of oil painting by undergoing intensive training at the New York Academy of Art. During and after this training, I experimented extensively with different art techniques and exploring various themes. The selection for the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize 2023 and the Annual Exhibition 2024 of the Royal Society of British Artist in London were both an important milestone in my artistic journey that has only just begun. It motivates me to dig even deeper and further develop my own voice. In 2023 to July 2024, I am participating in the group exhibition of the Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize, Parker Harris which will tour the UK until July 2024. I currently live and work in Loenen aan de Vecht, the Netherlands.
